FITNESS TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
Our fitness training philosophy is straightforward:
Strength, ability and freedom. In a business built on looks, we say look at what my body can do, not look at what my body looks like.
Instead of trying to define the word strength, I one day realized that the question "What is strength?" was a much more worthwhile endeavor. I've been on that mission ever since and as I continue to search for the answer I am having the time of my life and increasing my ability. My ability to what? To go out and live life and play to the fullest. After all, if the strength I gain does not add too or enhance the quality of my life, then what the hell am I doing it all for? So come train at Alpha Company Fitness, get strong, increase your ability and gain your freedom to go out and have fun!
There are simple truths to fitness that you must not lose focus on. Here are a few truths you must embrace and meditate on:
Extraordinary results come from extraordinary effort. Focus not on where you're at but on where you want to be. Effort comes before ability. Be resolute about your commitment. Wanting to change is easy, making the change, now that's the challenge. Stop wanting and start doing!

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
Hybrid Training 8:30am - 9:30am
Hybrid Training 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Hybrid Training 6:00pm - 7:00pm
$200 - Three days a week
Tuesdays, & Thursdays
Hybrid Training 8:00am - 9:00am
Hybrid Training 6:00pm - 7:00pm
$175 - Two days a week
$225 - Five days a week Mon-Fri 6-7pm
$275 - Double Time (boot camp along with 6:00-7:00pm Hybrid Training class)
