FreeStyle Martial Arts

More than a martial arts program, FreeStyle Martial Arts integrates all effective styles and techniques to give you the most effective real world self-defense tools, combined with the proper strength and conditioning to employ such tools. FreeStyle Martial Arts borrows heavily from the philosophy of Jeet Kune Do, and can find close ties to striking from western boxing, Muay Thai, and grappling from Jiu Juitsu and wrestling. This is NOT mixed martial arts (MMA) or any other type of sport fighting.

M W F 7-8pm Focus on striking and stand up.

Cost is $150 for two months, $75 if currently an Alpha Co trainee.

Micah's Boot Camp for ages ten to fifteen. This program meets three days a week over the course of a month and focuses on physical fitness, and character building. With words that never go out of style like courage, discipline and motivation, this program is sure to serve as a great building block for young adults. Hybrid Training

What is a Hybrid Training? Hybrid Training is everything that we have to offer at Alpha Company Fitness from kettle bells, to leverage clubs, martial arts, traditional and non traditional fitness training techniques. The programs are ever changing, always challenging, and sure to change your body. Strength, ability and freedom is what you'll find here.
