Micah's Boot Camp

Micah's Boot Camp is a six week physical fitness program that meets three times a week for one hour. The program is designed to achieve extraordinary results through extraordinary effort and the results surpass the mere physical. It is our goal that each and every person comes out a different person from the inside out.

This is a program that anyone can do, but is challenging at every level. It's not where you're at that matters, it's where you're going to be and we are here to get you there. There is nothing fancy about any technique we utilize; it's the perfect effort of our trainees that truly make this program unique. It takes a lot more than people wearing camouflage and yelling to make a program military, it takes a little something called hooah, and ya, we got it.
